The course includes a compulsory Boot Camp to foster team spirit, overcome endurance challenges, and learning to think outside the box.

Workshops form an integral part of the learning process. The school holds workshops on diverse topics such as negotiation skills, communicative awareness, and conflict resolution. The objective of the workshops is to take students through a practical experience of dealing with different situations.

Students learn about Operations Management through industrial visits. The Foundation batch has visited a ship building yard, a spice plantation site, Godrej & Boyce, and Mahindra & Mahindra in their first term.
